Reconcile conflicting statements of area comparing title plan of tenanted farm to lease plan, and the land farmed to enable comment on the level of rent.Method
- Desk-top plan preparation of agricultural holding based on client's digital and paper data.
- Purchase of OS digital data.
- Preparation of new digital title plan.
- Overlaying of lease plan data on new title plan.
- Reconciliation of differences.
- Overlaying of farm IACS map with lease and title plans and preparing reconciliations.
- Plotting area actually farmed and area claimed for subsidies and reconciling to principal plans.
- Assessment of rental value per hectare based on land grading supplied by farmer.
