We manage projects for private individuals, landlords and public sector organisations, working closely with other professional advisers but acting as the main point of contact. Projects vary enormously from hotel extensions and agricultural buildings to sizable residential developments. Whatever the project, we know that the client needs it delivered on time and on budget.

Requirements to vary contracts are normally due to unforeseen circumstances; we cannot tell clients never to change their minds, but can advise them that to do so may be expensive!
