Introduction – Architectural Services

Chalmers & Co provides professional Architectural Services to our clients. We can provide a complete service including:

• initial appraisals and advice,
• working with the client to develop the design,
• obtaining planning permissions and building warrant consents,
• assisting with the appointment of a contractor to carry out the works, and
• final inspections and completion.

Under our Architectural Services, we provide an inspection and contract administration service as works progress on site. Alternatively, we can provide Construction Project Management Services during the construction phase for projects where separate trades need to be instructed and managed.

Chalmers & Co also offers Property Development Services as we have the experience in house to advise and help clients who are property developers. We offer stage-by-stage advice on all aspects of property development, particularly to owners of redundant agricultural buildings who want to redevelop these for housing or other uses.
